So, I got my order and, yeah, it wasn’t quite right. One item came in the wrong size, and one of the colors I ordered was missing. Customer support was okay, I guess, but the order itself was still not what I expected

I tried to return my order it turned into the biggest headache ever. I emailed them before the return window ended, but it took days for anyone to get back to me. Then they told me I was past the return window, which felt ridiculous because I had already reached out in time. I still haven’t gotten a refund, and at this point I’m beyond frustrated. Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

I got my order from shopponyfly.com and it’s really comfortable. I wore it for a few hours and didn’t have any issues with rubbing or it feeling too tight. The fit was mostly right, just needed a little adjusting at first, but after that it felt fine. Overall, really happy with it for comfort.

I was excited when I ordered it. The pictures looked nice, and I thought it would be a solid buy. But then it showed up and... I don’t know. It just felt cheaper than I expected. The fabric was kind of thin, and I noticed a bit of loose stitching right away. Not a great start. I washed it once, thinking maybe it would settle in, but it actually looked worse after that. Shipping was fine, no issues there. But for the price, I really thought the quality would be better. I’m not sure I’d buy from them again.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. They made it sound like the quality would be much better, but it was just okay at best. Kind of frustrating when the promises don’t match the actual product. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price dropped a lot.

Maybe I was just being impatient, but I did end up having to follow up once, which was kind of annoying. They answered my question eventually, and the person was polite, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just felt like the first reply wasn’t all that helpful. Overall, it was fine, I think, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I was happy with it when it first arrived because it looked nice and seemed like it would be decent quality. But after only a few wears, it started falling apart, which was really disappointing. The way it was advertised made it seem like it would hold up much better than it actually did. For the price, I definitely expected more.

I ordered my usual size it fit nothing like it did in the photos. The arms were too tight, but the waist was weirdly loose, so the whole shape just felt off on me.

I even checked the size chart before buying, which made it extra frustrating. It also showed up right when I needed it for plans, so the bad timing made the whole thing even more annoying. Not worth the hassle, and I probably won’t order again

My order showed up a few days earlier than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking worked fine most of the time, but it didn’t update for one day, so I wasn’t totally sure where the package was for a bit. Since it still arrived quickly and everything worked out, I’m happy overall and would order again.

Was mostly easy to use and found what I needed after a little clicking around. Some pages felt a bit slow, and the menu could’ve been clearer. Not bad overall, just not totally smooth.
